• Kraken has expanded its xStocks service to EU clients, enabling them to trade tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs via the Kraken app. The blockchain-based tokens represent real assets, easing access to U.S. equities.

• Binance and Franklin Templeton have partnered to develop blockchain-based investment products, combining tokenized securities expertise with global trading access. Specific product launches are expected later this year.

• Pump.fun's PUMP token surged after its Binance.US listing and platform updates, nearing its debut price. The platform regained market share, increased buybacks, and saw higher revenue, though an airdrop is unlikely soon.

• SEC Chair Paul Atkins stated most crypto tokens are not securities and proposed a unified regulatory framework for trading, lending, and staking digital assets, supporting “super-app” platforms and clearer rules.

• The famous “biggest” hack has failed with almost no losses. Most of the protocols report that they weren’t using these NPM libraries. The reports include Trezor, Rabby, Metamask, and many others.

• The $DOGE ETF is set to launch this Thursday. The ticker is $DOJE.

• SEC delays decision on Franklin Templeton’s Solana ETF.

📈 Other Metrics & Numbers

• The US Treasury keeps buying its own debt by buying $2 billion of it, scoring in $10 billion within the last 4 weeks.

• Metaplanet, a Tokyo-listed company, completed a $1.45 billion share sale, mainly to buy Bitcoin. The move is motivated by concerns over national debt and negative interest rates.

• Oracle is up nearly 40% today, making Larry Ellison the richest man in the world.

• Hyperliquid hit $300 million in trading volume this July and surpassed Robinhood.
